An immaculate and magnificent series about the charismatic and mysterious Dr. Hannibal Lecter who is also known as Chesapeake ripper. A must watch for lovers of crime, drama, thrillers and gore. For a series about cannibalism,There's nothing more disturbing than good old-fashioned Human cannibalism,yeah Hannibal eats people because he like it,Also he's a psychopath. NBC'S Hannibal aired for 3 seasons and was so bloody and disturbing. Characters dining on human body parts .

2.ALIENIST   (8.8/10)

The show is simply great. The way they put details in every single episode, the history ,the  design elements and the social political structure of the late 19th Century of America felt authentic. The three main actors are  Dr. Lazlo kriezler who shared his screen with the avengers as Baroz Zemo the german-spanish actor Daniel Brühl played the role as Alienist, and Dracula our Luke Evans played John Moore role as an instructor and Sara Howard role played by Dakota Fanning all three people made every episode is filled with absolute brilliant mystery that reveals itself in a progressive manner accompanied by grisly details. The quest for finding the real killer and to study him. The suspense that has managed to contain without it sounding too unrealistic. The romance and the relationship between John Moore and Sara Howard as it was humorous relationship but also heart-warming. I have come across a lot of series, but like this one that delivers so much narrative for the characters, protagonists and antagonists alike, especially the killer.

3.MIND HUNTER   (8.6/10)

The series basically shows the life of the two FBI agents namely Bill Tench and Holden Ford who are on the mission to interview most lethal criminals who are serving their sentences in order to understand their way of thinking, their motives before committing a crime and try to use that knowledge in their ongoing and future cases.

4.TRUE DETECTIVE   (8.5/10)
Director Joji Fukunaga did a dazzling job in capturing the natural emotion of a goner and devastated man who questions the source of downfall of most modern relationships like can a man fall in love with two women ? . The scripting of Nic Pizzolatto, Scott Lasser, David Milch, Graham Gordy is clever and witty. The vocabulary to describe the aspect of a character is profoundly incredible. The cinematography of Adam Arkapawin in some ways very mesmerizing by the sheer use of the camera to express a situation. 
Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson made a good series that light up an individual consciousness is a quiet copious way cause that's what viewers are struggling for, An escape from reality. Viewers habituated to live a life they want to through the characters of that medium of entertainment.But despite the fact, when there is something that gradually shows the devaluation of a character by slowly corrupting away the residual humanity in them then it truly deserves a lot of recognition. That's what true detective was all about. It's not about a fashionable pair of coppers/detectives solving crimes through the streets of London but rather a pair of a broken degenerating human and a confused adulterate family man made the series good.
 
5.MANHUNT UNABOMBER   (8.5/10)
The unabomber’s character is interesting and complex, his views about the industrial revolution are strangely relatable. At some point I did empathize with him, making me ponder over the thought that it is our very own society which is responsible to create monsters from perfectly decent humans. There's a dialogue :They want you to obey they want you to be a sheep like they are sheep obedient, unquestioning piece of machinery, they want to give up your humanity, your autonomy for a paycheck good star, bigger tv the only way to be human, the only way to be free is to rebel they will try to crush you they will use every tactic they have to make you obedient, docile, subservient but you can't let them ,you have to be your own master what ever that takes, better to die a human than to live as a purposeless COG in their machine. Watch the series you will love it.
